How we work
At Sfera, we adapt the agile project development methodology to fit our in-house workflow, ensuring we deliver robust, scalable solutions within reasonable timeframes.
Clients are involved in QA reviews at key development milestones, either directly through our Kanban board or via other channels. This approach ensures projects stay on track and reduces the need for backtracking.
Revisions, minor pivots, and post-delivery support are included in all our projects. We believe in maintaining open communication, building relationships based on trust, and allowing enough flexibility to explore creative solutions to any problem.
