Webflow
Garden on the Wall’s website had a strong visual foundation, but lacked smooth interaction, structural consistency, and the backend logic needed for their Designer Hub access flow. The team had specific technical goals that their previous developer struggled to implement—particularly around conditional access, custom password logic, and admin-managed workflows for designer verification.

Problems we solve
The launch of their Designer Hub—a password-protected area exclusively for verified designers—required a system smart enough to automatically grant access based on email domain, while also notifying admins when manual approval was needed. Off-the-shelf password protection wouldn’t cut it. They needed a controlled access system paired with a frictionless user journey and sleek frontend animations to elevate the experience for a high-end design audience.

The Process
We began by auditing the site’s structure and flow, addressing technical issues like unwanted tab-opening behavior and mobile responsiveness. We then built out the Designer Hub using Memberstack for secure, passwordless login. The access logic was tied to email domains stored in a CMS or external data source. Approved domains triggered automatic login via Memberstack’s front-end API, while unapproved submissions routed through Zapier to notify the admin for manual review. On the frontend, we created new micro-interactions and page animations—such as image reveals, scroll-based fades, and sliders—based on their provided motion reference document. These enhancements brought the site to life and aligned with the premium aesthetic of their brand.

The Outcome
The website now combines both form and function. It flows smoothly across devices, reflects the high design standards of the brand, and supports a sophisticated backend logic that controls access to the Designer Hub. The new interactions and password workflow significantly improved user engagement and internal operations.

The Impact
Garden on the Wall now has a site that not only looks beautiful but works seamlessly for their internal team and exclusive network of designers. The Designer Hub allows them to manage privileged content securely, while the improved navigation and animation elevate the brand’s online presence.

More Case Studies

Magic Dates
Magic Dates is a curated event platform based in Germany, helping users discover unique experiences for couples and singles. As the platform expanded, the team needed a more scalable filtering system that could adapt to different event types. Their existing setup using Finsweet v1 was limiting, so they engaged Sfera Studio to upgrade to Finsweet v2 and implement a CMS-driven custom filter that would allow for dynamic filtering per event without developer input.

Grab a Bin
Grab A Bin is a skip bin rental service in Whangārei, New Zealand, offering waste removal solutions for households and businesses. With a basic booking setup already in place, the client wanted to revamp their website and booking flow to better match a competitor's more refined experience. Working with Sfera Studio, they transitioned to a CMS-driven solution using Webflow and Foxy, enabling users to input their postcode, view accurate pricing, and pre-book bins with card verification—without needing complex backend development.

Sabah International Convention Centre
Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC), one of Malaysia’s premier event venues, partnered with us to modernize their aging website. They needed a site that better represented their scale and professionalism while remaining easy for their internal team to manage. We rebuilt the entire site in Webflow, delivering a clean, modern interface along with a user-friendly CMS structure that empowers them to publish and manage events with ease. The new site also features clear overviews of their event halls and facilities, tailored to appeal to both local and international organizers.

Sales Play Book
The Sales Playbook team first came to us in 2023 for help fixing a filter issue on their existing Webflow site. What started as a quick fix turned into an ongoing collaboration. Since then, we’ve become their go-to partner for continuous improvements—building new pages, implementing design changes, and resolving functionality issues as they arise. Our role has evolved from support to a long-term development partner, helping them scale and refine their platform as their content and audience grow.

What x When
What by When is a creative studio that thrives on exploration and artistic experimentation. As their brand direction evolved, their website needed to reflect a more mature and intentional identity. With a complete Figma mockup already designed, they partnered with Sfera Studio to rebuild the site from scratch. The goal was to transform the mockup into a fully responsive, Webflow-powered website that honored their creative process while remaining easy to navigate and visually engaging.

Koma Sliders
Koma Sliders, a Korean-American food truck and catering business based in Australia, partnered with us to restructure and expand their existing Webflow website. The goal was to enhance the site’s clarity, highlight their diverse catering services, and streamline quote collection using HubSpot CRM. We implemented a clean one-page homepage redesign, created dedicated subpages for Weddings, Birthdays, and Corporate catering, and introduced new categories like Public Events. The revamp also included dynamic components like an interactive timeline for “Our Story,” static chat icons, and embedded Instagram feeds—delivering both a better experience for users and a more efficient workflow for the business.
