Platform

Webflow, BigCommerce

The initial request centered on building a store-specific online catalog that could dynamically update banners, contact info, store links, and available products depending on the retailer selected. This selection could either be user-driven or automatically set based on landing page URLs. In parallel, Level 5 needed a shopping list feature that functioned like a cart, but without a checkout—allowing customers to send their list directly to retailers for follow-up and sales coordination.

Problems we solve

With thousands of retailers and constantly shifting product availability, Level 5 Tools needed a solution that was not only technically robust but also easy to manage internally. The challenge was to centralize and automate content delivery at scale without relying on a traditional e-commerce platform—something existing out-of-the-box tools couldn't support.

The Process

We began by integrating Webflow with Airtable to serve as the single source of truth for retailer-specific product availability. Using custom logic powered by URL parameters and cookies, we developed a system where the website dynamically updated based on the selected store—altering which products were shown and which retailer details appeared. We also created a shopping list tool using Foxycart that enabled users to select items, add notes, and submit the list via email. Customer and retailer information was included automatically to streamline communication. Beyond the initial scope, we continued to support Level 5 Tools with performance updates, content adjustments, and new feature rollouts—ensuring the platform continues to evolve alongside their growing business.

The Outcome

The result was a dynamic, highly customized Webflow site capable of personalizing the user experience at scale. The product catalog now intelligently filters based on store selection, and the shopping list tool bridges the gap between discovery and purchase—without requiring a conventional e-commerce flow.

The Impact

Level 5 Tools now offers a tailored online experience for thousands of retailers, boosting engagement and simplifying the path to purchase. The system reduces support overhead while empowering both users and internal teams with more control and visibility.

Garden on the Wall

Garden on the Wall, a biophilic design company based in New Jersey, partnered with us to elevate their Webflow site into a more dynamic and functional platform. While much of their website was already developed, they needed our expertise to implement more advanced interactivity, enhance the site’s flow, and create a password-protected Designer Hub. This restricted area would allow designers from approved firms to gain access via a passcode system, intelligently managed using email domain validation and automation tools like Memberstack and Zapier. In addition, we improved responsiveness across all devices, added smooth scroll-based animations, and refined the overall user experience.
